Bridge to Best ABN 33 628 896 113 ("Bridge to Best", "we", "us", "our") provides online courses, training programs, consultancy, supervision, and professional development services for allied health and related professionals. By purchasing, registering for, or engaging with any of our courses, services, or products, you agree to the following:

COURSE ACCESS

1. Payment entitles one individual access to a course or resource unless otherwise stated or approved in writing by Bridge to Best.

2. Your login details are personal. You are responsible for protecting your account and liable for any misuse.

3. Course access is non-transferable. You must not share or distribute any part of the content.

4. We do not guarantee participant outcomes, business success or financial results from engagement in our services.

5. We do our best to ensure availability but are not liable for any interruptions due to internet issues, third-party failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.

6. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

7. Failure to pay may result in suspension until full payment is received.

8. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms.

INFORMATION PROVIDED IN TRAINING

9. Our programs are educational and do not constitute professional, clinical, legal or financial advice.

10. All information provided is general and illustrative in nature and should not replace advice from qualified professionals.

11. Content may reference laws or guidelines that change over time; we do not guarantee ongoing accuracy or applicability.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

18. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of services or refund of the cost of the service/product purchased.

19. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

20. All content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of Bridge to Best or used with appropriate permission.

21. You must keep confidential any non-public information shared during participation.

22. These obligations continue even after your engagement with Bridge to Best ends.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND TESTIMONIALS

23. Live sessions may be recorded for quality or promotional purposes. You will be notified and may opt out.

24. Testimonials may be requested but are always optional.

PAYMENT

25. Fees are displayed prior to purchase and may be changed at our discretion.

26. We use third-party payment processors like Stripe. Their terms apply to your transaction.

27. All amounts are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

28. If payment is dishonoured or reversed, access may be revoked until full payment is made.

REFUNDS

29. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or in limited discretionary cases.

30. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] outlining your reasons.

31. Where services cannot be delivered, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund as appropriate.

PRIVACY

33. Your contact details may be added to our mailing list for updates and essential service emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

CANCELLATIONS – SUPERVISION & TRAINING

Supervision Services:
34. Sessions may be cancelled without penalty, but 3 consecutive cancellations may result in pre-payment requirements.
35. You may cease supervision services at any time; all completed sessions must be paid in full.
36. If Bridge to Best must cancel, we will reschedule as soon as possible.

Live Training:

37. Cancellations within 10 working days will incur a 50% fee.
38. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full fee.
39. If we cancel, we will offer a new date or alternative solution.

DISCLAIMER

40. Training and advice are based on clinical best practices but cannot guarantee approval or funding outcomes.

41. Training does not replace regular professional supervision.

42. We do not accept liability for any decision made based on our content or consultations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – SUPERVISION & CONSULTING

43. All materials remain the property of Bridge to Best unless otherwise agreed.

44. You must not share or adapt materials for other purposes unless permission is granted.

GENERAL

45. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

46. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

47. We may refuse service or access if these Terms are breached.
